Visiting the site
When you open a page, your browser sends the server some technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. The server uses this data only to deliver the pages and keep the site secure, keeps it in a log for at most 14 days and then deletes it. We do not combine it with other data or use it to identify you. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
The fonts are stored on our own server. No data goes to font services or other third parties.
The calculator
Everything you enter in the savings calculator stays in your browser. It is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Reserving a place
If you reserve a place, we receive your email address and, if you choose to add it, a short description of your property. We use them only to email you about the launch of Faster Depreciation and, if you ask, to answer questions about your building. We rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we then delete your details.
If the service does not launch, we tell you and delete your details within 30 days. If it launches, we keep them until you tell us to stop or for at most 12 months after the launch email, whichever comes first. Placing a reservation creates no order and no payment.
Who else sees your data
Our hosting provider in the European Union processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or hand it to you in a common format. You may object to our use of it. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the authority for our registered office in Hesse.
Changes
We update this notice when the site changes, for example once ordering opens. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
